Invoicing and payment

Register your interest using the ticket link. Our team will then contact you with the payment details and issue your invoice.

What's the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Timișoara Traian Vuia International Airport (TSR), located about 15 minutes by car from the venue.The airport is well connected with direct flights from several major European cities. From the airport, the venue can be reached easily by Uber, taxi, or private transfer.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket?

No, a printed ticket is not required. You can simply show your digital ticket or confirmation email at the registration desk to gain entry to the event.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket. Just contact our support team with the new attendee’s name and email address at least 24 hours before the event starts.

Where is the venue located?

The event will take place in Timișoara, Romania, at the Iulius Town Congress Hall, located in the immediate vicinity of Smilecloud’s offices. The venue is easily accessible by taxi or Uber and offers nearby parking for those arriving by car.
